| Autumn arrives this weekend but the garden doesn’t seem to know that. Mother nature is still producing vegetables and flowers (yes… I planted more mid summer) So I decided to pick some of these garden beauties and make something different.

and this eggplant was defiantly saying…pick me too!!!
